Mudjacking to fix sunken concrete foundations

      Home - foundation repair

Were you looking for a foundation repair or garage foundation repair.

Slabjacking (or mudjacking) is a slab or pavement repair process that involves lifting a slab that is sinking into unstable soil. It is most often used in stabilizing relatively small slabs, rarely larger then a deck or large patio. It is perfect for driveways, or walkways.

This is basically done by using a hydraulic pump to level the slab from underneath by filling the gaps and lower area with heated cement or asphalt. Not only does this raise sinking concrete, but it also fills holes and pits on the underside of the slab, reducing the affect of water damage, or erosion.
